One Brampton Clinic, One Coordinated Team
More than 16 rehabilitation services run out of our single Mount Pleasant location on McLaughlin Road. Where a one-discipline clinic can only offer what it happens to do, here a chiropractor, a registered massage therapist, a physiotherapist, an acupuncturist, a concussion rehab clinician and a pelvic floor specialist can each look at your file and build one plan together. When a presentation is complicated or keeps returning - stubborn low back pain, whiplash and concussion after a collision, surgical recovery shadowed by tight soft tissue - having those minds in one building beats bouncing between separate Brampton offices.
Treatments We Provide
Each therapy listed comes from a regulated health professional, follows current clinical evidence, and can be direct billed to every large Canadian extended health plan as well as WSIB and motor vehicle accident (MVA) files.
Registered Physiotherapy
Registered Physiotherapists, licensed by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, assess and treat musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical problems with evidence-informed hands-on care. Treatment includes manual therapy, prescribed exercise, dry needling, modalities, and a home program. See our physiotherapy page ->
Chiropractic Treatment
A Doctor of Chiropractic, registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, provides adjustments to the spine and limb joints, soft-tissue work, acupuncture, instrument-assisted (IASTM) release, and custom orthotic prescription. More about our chiropractic care ->
Registered Massage Therapy (RMT)
Registered Massage Therapists, licensed by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, provide treatment-focused massage - Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger-point work, sports and prenatal massage, intra-oral TMJ technique, and lymphatic drainage. Full details on massage therapy ->
Dry Needling & Medical Acupuncture
Modern clinical needling for muscle and joint pain, myofascial trigger points, tension-type headaches, and nerve-related limb pain. Practitioners are certified through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (AFCI) or in McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture. More on acupuncture in Brampton ->
Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Recovery
A rehabilitation program built to SABS requirements: we fill in the OCF-18 Treatment Plan, OCF-23 MIG Form and OCF-3 Disability Certificate, then bill your auto insurer once the claim is approved. See our MVA rehab page ->
WSIB Work Injury Rehabilitation
We are a registered WSIB provider. Form 8, Form 8A, Form 26 and every progress report are completed here. We liaise with the employer, case manager and Return-to-Work specialist so you can resume modified or regular duties safely.
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
Delivered by a physiotherapist certified at all three pelvic health levels: pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence (stress, urge and mixed), overactive bladder, vaginismus, vulvodynia, dyspareunia, pelvic girdle pain in pregnancy and postpartum, diastasis recti, and pelvic rehab around surgery. Rooms are private; internal assessment needs explicit consent.
BPPV Care & Vestibular Rehabilitation
Evidence-informed care for vestibular hypofunction, central vestibular disorders, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), and lingering post-concussion symptoms. Treatment uses gaze-stabilisation drills, habituation and substitution training, plus Epley and Semont canalith-repositioning manoeuvres.
Concussion Recovery Programs
Assessment covers Buffalo Treadmill Testing, VOMS (Vestibular/Ocular-Motor Screening), neck examination, and neurocognitive screening. Treatment targets the sub-type driving your symptoms - cervical, vestibular, ocular, autonomic, or cognitive-affective. Graded return-to-learn, return-to-work, and return-to-sport plans follow.
Traction-Based Spinal Decompression
Machine-guided spinal traction, used for certain lumbar and cervical disc herniations, radiculopathy, and facet-driven pain. Suitability is decided at a physiotherapy or chiropractic assessment; any prior imaging is factored in.
Radial Shockwave Therapy
Focused acoustic pulses for long-standing tendon problems - Achilles and patellar tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, calcific tendinopathy in the shoulder, and lateral or medial epicondylitis. Courses usually run 4-6 sessions, roughly one week apart.
Class IV Laser Therapy
Photobiomodulation - deep-tissue low-level laser - treats long-standing neck pain, lateral epicondylitis, plantar fasciitis, and some tendon injuries. It supports, rather than replaces, the hands-on portion of your plan.
Bracing & Custom Foot Orthotics
Gait scanning and custom-cast orthotics for pes planus, plantar fasciitis, mechanical knee pain, and posterior tibial tendinopathy. Braces, custom-made or off-the-shelf, for backs, knees, ankles, and wrists. Medical-grade compression stockings too. Most plans cover one pair of custom orthotics a calendar year.
We Bill Your Insurer Directly
Claims go straight from us to the insurer, including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, Desjardins, Blue Cross, Equitable Life, Industrial Alliance, SSQ, ClaimSecure, Johnson Inc., and GroupHEALTH.
